中文摘要 | Structural, magnetic and Raman scattering measurements have been performed on Bi2Sr2-xLaxCuO6+y single crystals. Superconductivity with T-c of 36K, which is the highest T-c in this system, has been discovered in extremely hole-underdoped samples which normally do not show superconductivity. Structural measurements and results of annealing effect reveal that this superconducting phase is caused by oxygen dopants. In addition, Raman scattering measurements support the macroscopic phase separation model. |
