中文摘要Magnetic configurations are calculated for nFe/1Cu(0 0 1) superlattices (n = 1-9 monolayers) by the first-principles band method. With an ideal face-centered cubic structure, the sum moment exhibits oscillating behavior. However, for the volume-enlarged face-centered tetragonal structure (n = 1-4), ferromagnetic configuration gives lower energy, and an approximately linear increase of the total moment is seen.
