中文摘要We have prepared the Ag-diffused MgCNi3 superconducting materials by solid-state reaction. Structural analysis, by x-ray diffraction as well as TEM observations, suggest that certain Ag could substitute for Ni sites and result in the decrease of superconductivity. We have also analysed the surface properties of Ag-MgCNi3 superconducting materials by using Raman scattering and x-ray photo-emission spectra (XPS). The measurements of Raman scattering reveal a notable Raman peak at around 842.1 cm(-1) for the Ag-MgCNi3 materials, which is essentially significant for understanding the superconductivity in the present system. The superconducting critical temperatures in these types of materials are at around 6.6 K, which is lower than that of pure MgCNi3 (T-c = 8.0 K).
