中文摘要Mossbauer spectroscopy has been used to study the R(3)(Fe,Ti)(29), (R = Nd, Sm) compounds. The Mossbauer spectra demonstrate that the iron sites are quite similar to those of the 2:17 phase. Fitting of the Mossbauer spectra has yielded average hyperfine field values which are in the range of those of the 1:12 and 2:17 compounds. The Mossbauer analysis results also indicate that the Ti atoms do not substitute in the dumbbell Fe sites of the 3:29 structure.
