中文摘要We present numerical simulations of the vortex motion in response to a driving Lorentz force in superconducting thin films with periodic pinning arrays. It is found that, in the commensurate case where there is the same number of vortices and pinning sites, a new depinning (no melting) phase transition occurs from a pinned vortex lattice to a moving vortex crystal as the driving force is increased equal to a critical depinning force. For the moving vortex crystal, its velocity exhibits a perfectly periodic modulation and its displacement has a series of jumps and plateaus of increasing time. Disorder effects due to thermal fluctuations may make the moving vortex crystal melt and change into a moving plastic state. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
