中文摘要The effect of high pressure on the transition temperature T-c of single phase Hg-1223 superconductor was measured up to 7.8 GPa. At the pressure lower than 5.4 GPa, T-c increased from 130 K to a maximal value of 140 K with a rate of 1.85 K/GPa. At higher pressure, T-c began to decrease. This pressure-dependent parabolic behavior can be explained with the sheet charge model by introduced inhomogeneous charge distribution in the inner and outer CuO2 layers. The phenomenon of T-c above 150 K was reanalyzed with a simple model introducing the contribution of the intergrowth phase of Hg-1223 and Hg-1234. Under high pressure, due to the existence of the intergrowth, the holes in the inner CuO2 layers can be driven to be mobile holes, and the intrinsic T-c was higher than that of the outer ones. Therefore, the pressure-dependent T-c performed a second higher peak value at higher pressure. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
