Thermally activated energies of YBa2Cu3O7-delta and Y0.8Ca0.2Ba2Cu3O7-delta thin films

中文摘要 | Resistivities of YBa2Cu3O7-delta and Ca doped Y0.8Ca0.2Ba2Cu3O7-delta thin films are studied around superconducting transition regions in different magnetic fields. Based on a theoretical prediction of the resistivity rho=(2 rho U-c/T)exp(-U/T) and experimental data, thermally activated energy U and the derivative -partial derivative ln rho/partial derivative T-1 are studied for determining the consistency between experimental data and different characterizing processes. The study shows that the widely accepted assumption, (2 rho U-c/T) being a constant, is probably misleading in characterizing the vortex behaviors. If we overthrow the assumption and assume that rho(c) is temperature independent in rho=(2 rho U-c/T)exp(-U/T), we have that -partial derivative ln rho/partial derivative T-1=(1-T/U)(U-T partial derivative U/partial derivative T). The corresponding regressions of rho(T,H) and -partial derivative ln rho(T,H)/partial derivative T-1 are in good agreement with experimental data and result in a completely different scale of the thermally activated energy. |
