中文摘要YBa2Cu3O7-x/ZrO2(Y) thin film with main c-axis-orientation produced by DC magnetron sputtering was observed by transmission electron microscopy. A high density of a-axis-oriented grains was found embedding in the thin film. The angular dependence of J(C) and microstructure study show that the boundaries of a-axis-oriented grains and c-axis -oriented grains are effective flux pinning centers in the film.
