中文摘要The transport properties of nonmultilayer magnetic systems are described in terms of a semiclassical. Boltzmann equation. Interfaces are modeled as thin mixed interlayers so that both bulk impurity scattering and interface scattering are included in a position-dependent relaxation time. The resulting expression for the two-point conductivity tensor is in accordance with that derived from the real-space Kubo formula, indicating a close connection between the semiclassical method and the quantum approach.
