中文摘要Magnetic hysteresis loops produced by ultrathin Fe films grown on stepped W(100) surfaces exhibit a region of negative differential magnetization when switching between magnetically saturated states. This interesting effect is explained by theoretical simulations based on a model Hamiltonian that includes both cubic and in-plane uniaxial anisotropy, and incorporates antiferromagnetic coupling between nanodomains which may result from a special growth condition used in the experiment.
