中文摘要 | Photoemission results of Fe and Cs interacting with a Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting thin film are reported. The iron adatoms leach oxygen from the underlying sample, forming Fe2O3, Fe3O4, FeO and metallic Fe depending upon different coverages. The electronic structures are disrupted by the iron adatoms. The R-T curves prove that, after iron deposition, the superconducting transition width broadens, and zero resistance can not be reached. Superconductivity in the interface region is destroyed. The deposition of Cs results in band-bending and minor modification of the O 1s spectrum. But since the large radius of the Cs atom prevents it from penetrating into the underlying sample, superconductivity of the thin film is almost unchanged (as verified by R-T measurements). |
