中文摘要The light-induced absorption coefficient Delta alpha and the light-intensity dependence of the photorefractive parameters known as the effective trap density N-E, the mobility-recombination product mu tau(r) and the photoconductivity sigma ph have been measured for four nominally pure BaTiO3 crystals. The qualitative correlation between Delta alpha, N-E, (mu tau(r))(-1) and sigma(ph) has been revealed. The results are explained by the two-center model of deep and shallow traps.
