Precise simulation of the magnetization behavior of nanocrystalline Pr2Fe14B magnets by micromagnetic finite element method

| 中文摘要 | The numerical errors in micromagnetic calculation using finite element method have been studied systematically for single phase nanocrystalline Pr2Fe14B magnets. Calculated results show that both the unsatisfied mesh sizes and the lacking grains in the simulated model can cause large computation errors. To make the numerical results more precise and reliable, the grain numbers should be larger than 216. In addition, the grain shape effects on the magnetic properties proves that microstructure with irregular grains is more suitable for simulating the realistic magnets. The investigations on the magnetic Gibbs energy terms show clearly that the long-range dipolar interaction plays an important role in micromagnetic simulations, especially in the magnetic system with small magnetocrystalline anisotropy.
