中文摘要 | Copper oxy-chloride superconductors La2-xSrxCaCu2O4Cl2 and La1.8-xSr0.2Ca1-xCu2O4Cl2 have been prepared at ambient pressure using the traditional solid state reaction method. The structure of these superconductors belongs to that of 212 cuprate superconductors, with lattice parameters a similar to 3.83 Angstrom and c similar to 19 Angstrom, and the space group I4/mmm. The highest T-c obtained was 45 K when x = 0.35-0.40 in the La2-xSrxCaCu2O4Cl2 system. The carrier concentration in these materials is controlled not only by cation substitution but also by anion substitution. |
