中文摘要With the development of information superhighway, nanometer-scale data storage has been proposed and attracted great interest in recent years. This article reviews the research achievements in this field, and especially focuses on the materials for data recording by using an atomic force microscope (AFM) and scanning tunneling microscope (STM).
