Propeller-Like Low Temperature Fermi Surface of Ba1-xKxFe2As2 from Magnetotransport and Photoemission Measurements

中文摘要 | The Hall coefficient of the hole-doped iron arsenide Ba1-xKxFe2As2 (BKFA) is calculated purely on the basis of the electronic structure, revealed in the angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) experiments, and compared to the one measured directly. The observed agreement allows us to state that upon cooling the Fermi surface (FS) in the optimally doped BKFA gradually evolves to the propeller-like topology, on which the superconductivity develops. Persistence of the notable temperature dependence in both photoemission and magnetotransport experiments well above the spin-density-wave (SDW) transition suggests that the FS reconstruction in BKFA is partially decoupled from the emergence of static magnetism. |
