中文摘要SnO2 nanowires (NWs) were synthesized by thermal evaporation and were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Ti/Au and Pt electrode were made on an individual SnO2 NW to study its electrical properties. Measurement result shows a clear rectification behavior for single SnO2 NW with Pt and Ti/Au electrodes, and the related rectifying mechanism is discussed. (c) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
