中文摘要A hydrodynamic model of crystal growth from solution is analysed. The spatial distribution of solute concentration and of temperature, the average velocity and maximum velocity of fluid, and the growth rate of crystal are calculated with only the variation of the solution density caused by the temperature change taken into account. In that case, all the characteristics of the solution system depend on only three numbers: the Rayleigh number Ra, the Prandtl number Pr and the Schmidt number Sc. In certain regions of the parameter (Ra, Pr and Sc) space, some scaling laws are generated: the scales of the temperature distribution index S(theta), the concentration distribution index S(phi), the fluid velocity and the growth rate of crystal are given by power functions of Ra, Pr and Sc. In the range of small Ra (Ra less-than-or-equal-to 6 x 10(5)), the index S(theta), the dimensionless maximum velocity of fluid V(max) and the dimensionless average velocity of fluid V(av) are proportional to Ra, and hardly depend on Pr. In certain regions of the parameter space, the index S(theta) is proportional to Ra, or is inversely proportional to Pr, or is a power function of Sc; the dimensionless average growth rate of crystal VBAR(cg) is proportional to Pr, or is a power function of Sc.
