中文摘要Based on both Coulomb blockade and single-electron tunneling, the single-electron control by a single-electron pump is discussed. The stability diagram is obtained by considering its equivalent circuit in terms of the electrostatic energy. One of Its applications is discussed by analyzing its stability diagram. Our results show that random charges on the gate have less influence on the control of small curerent.
