中文摘要The oxide spinel Li1+xTi2-xO4 exhibits superconductivity with many similarities with copper oxide superconductors. Li1+xTi2-xO4 powder was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. The samples show a superconducting transition temperature up to 13.7 K when x = 0. The superconductivity persists till x = 0.1. In the normal state, the resistivity shows a metal-insulator transition by increasing x. The similarity between the Li1+xTi2-xO4 and high T-c cuprates has been compared and a qualitative analysis of the metal-insulator transition has been given. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V.
