中文摘要The influence of disordering induced by irradiation in a nuclear reactor (to a fluence of fast neutrons Phi = 5 x 10(19) cm(-2) at T-irr = 340 K) on the electrical resistivity rho, the temperature of the superconducting transition T-c, and the upper critical field H-c2 of polycrystalline samples of MgCNi3 has been studied. It has been found that T-C decreases from 6.5 to 2.9 K upon irradiation and is completely restored after annealing at a temperature of 600degreesC. The temperature dependences of rho(T) are typical of the compounds with strong electron-phonon interaction. The behavior of dH(c2)/dT points to a substantial decrease in the density of electronic states at the Fermi level N(E-F) upon disordering.
