中文摘要a functionalized ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (uhmwpe) was prepared using suspension grafting. this copolymer was used as a compatibilizer of blends of polyamide1010 (pa1010) and uhmwpe. compared to the pa1010/uhmwpe blends, mechanical properties such as tensile strength, young's modulus, izod notched strength and wear resistance of pa1010/uhmwpe/uhmwpe-g-amps blends were improved distinctly. morphologies were examined by a scanning electron microscope. it was found that the dimension of uhmwpe domains in the pa1010 matrix decreased dramatically, compared with that of uncompatibilized blending system. thermal properties of pa1010/uhmwpe /uhmwpe-g-amps blends were studied with differential scanning calorimery. friction and wear properties of pa1010/uhmwpe/uhmwpe-g-amps blends were investigated.
