中文摘要 | we apply copper zinc tin selenide(cu2znsnse4) semiconductor as an effective counter-electrode (ce) material replacing pt, yielding low-cost, high-efficiency dye-sensitized solar cells (dsscs). the cztse was synthesized by a facile solution-based in situ synthesis method and then drop-casted on fluorine-doped tin oxide (fto) glass. the structure, composition and morphology of cztse nanoparticles were characterized by xrd, raman spectrum, eds and sem. the results indicated that the cztse nanoparticles were single phase and nearly stoichiometric composition. the effect of thickness of cztse film on the photovoltaic performance of the dssc was studied in details. the power conversion effciency (pce) of dssc reaches 8.22% using cztse-coated film with thickness of 1.3 mu m as ce under am 1.5 g illumination with an intensity of 100 mw cm(-2), which is comparable to the efficiency (7.56%) of the device using pt as ce. |
