| 中文摘要 | 临近空间飞行器运行在苛刻的辐射环境之中,大气中子作为临近空间最主要的辐射粒子严重地威胁着临近空间飞行器电子设备的安全与可靠.从临近空间大气中子环境探测,环境规律和模型以及大气中子对飞行器电子设备的影响3个方面介绍了临近空间大气中子的研究现状,并对中子环境的探测,中子环境的理论建模和电子设备遭受中子单粒子效应的评价技术等方面的研究提出了建议. |
| 英文摘要 | The near space vehicle fly in the comp licated radiation environment. As one of the most important radiation in near space, atmospheric neutron badly threatens the avionics of near space vehicle. The research status of near space neutron was introduced in three aspects: namely atmospheric neutron environment, the theory and model of atmospheric neutron, and effects of atmospheric neutron to near space vehicle. Some p roposals about atmospheric neutron detection, theorymodel and technique to evaluate the risk of neutron single event effectwere put forward. |
