| 英文摘要 | This paper discusses the type of measuring method which uses measuring methods of grounding resistance.A new higher-order spectrum is developed.Compared with power spectrum method,the new method can restrain Gaussian disturbance and harmonic dis-turbance examples therefore can measure grounding resitance more are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the accurately.Finally,the simulation new method. |
