| 中文摘要 | 针对现有图像融合方法对纵向覆盖范围较大的显微样本的图像融合效果不理想的问题，提出了一种序列显微图像 融合方法。该方法以小波变换方法为基础，利用区域Log-Gabor 滤波方法设计尺度系数的融合规则，既使融合后的图像不会 产生块效应，又避免了以往的小波方法造成的过度模糊现象。讨论了方法中的参数设置对融合结果的影响，实验结果表明， 与其它融合方法相比该方法的融合效果更好。 |
| 英文摘要 | To overcome shortcomings of performed image fusion algorithms in fusing images of micro-sample with high vertical extent, a new series microscopy images fusion algorithmis proposed. This algorithm is based on wavelet transform, and Log-Gabor filtermethod based on region is used to design the fusion rule of approximate coefficients. This algorithm could prevent the blocking effect and avoid the blurry phenomenon of previous wavelet algorithm. Influences of different parameter settings on performance of fusion are investigated,and the result of experiment, which is compared to other well-known algorithms, indicated that this algorithm is better than several other algorithms. |
