中文摘要 | 针对利用BP人工神经网络在压缩空间流体实验图象数据是BP网络收敛速度慢和存在局部极小值的问题,给出了一种特殊的处理方法,并将BP神经网络方法与DCT方法的图象压缩效果进行了比较.仿真结果表明,不仅网络训练时间明显减小,而且将BP人工神经网络用于空间流体实验图象压缩中还取得了较高压缩比及较好的重建图象质量,且训练好的网络鲁棒性较高. |
英文摘要 | This paper gives the use of BP neural netwo rk fo r data comp ression of space liquid experiment.The neural network is compo sed of nine subnetwo rk s to fo rm five-layer networks, and each subnetwo rk link s in series or parallelwith others. In order to reduce the training time of netwo rk, the learningrate parameter and momentum parameter variety adap tively w ith the average of the sum of squared erro rs of the neural network. Moreover,random values are added to synap ticweights and th resho ld to avo id premature saturation or localm inimum in erro rsurface. Simulat ion results declare that the t raining time of netwo rk is sho rter markedly than that w ith constant learning2rate parameter, the netwo rk can also avo id localm inimum and p remature saturat ion. The data comp ression method of BP neural netwo rk gets a h igh comp ression rat io, good perfo rmance of reconst ructed image and st rong robustness to any image of space liquid experiment. The results show that it is feasible to compress image of space experiment w ith neural netwo rk techno logy.The perfo rmance of reconst ructed image w ith neural netwo rk is nearly as good as that with DCT method. The time to comp ress an image w ith 512×512 p ixel is sho rter than that w ith DCT method obviously. |
