| 英文摘要 | The Huabei area in China is wide spreadly covered by Middle-Upper Proterozoic and Lower Palaeozoic marine carbonate rocks with several thousand meters in thickness. There are some difficulties in studying the genetic mechanism of hydrocarbons in these source rocks because of the generally high maturation of the organic matter. The purpose of the present paper is to evaluate whether or not the Middle-Upper Proterozoic and Lower Palaeozoic marine carbonate rocks in the Huabei area are an important suite of hydrocarbon source rocks and to provide the petroleum exploration in this area with some scientific data. The present paper mainly deals with the characteristics of sedimentary environments, abundance and maturity of organic matter , kerogen types and biomarkers of the hydrocarbon source rock formed in the Middle-Upper Proterozoic and Lower Palaeozoic strata of the Hua bei area. Moreover , an evaluation on the potential hydrocarbon generation of the source rock has been made and favorable areas for the formation of the hydrocarbon source rock within this area have been pointed out as w ell. |
