英文摘要 | The design, fabrication, and measurement of a dual-band terahertz (THz) metamaterial based on gallium arsenide substrate are presented. The proposed subwavelength structure provides two distinct electrical resonances near 0.39 and 0.59 THz. Measured results obtained from the THz time-domain spectroscopy show good agreement with the simulation results. Effective medium parameters show negative values of permittivity during two frequency bands of 0.38-0.44 THz and 0.59-0.64 THz.
