中文摘要Bianthrones have occurred widely in drug and material developments, but the stereochemistry remains in chaos so far due to the meso, racemic, and axis-rotating phenomena. Based on the computational and experimental results, an effective rule to distinguish between cis and trans bianthrones by H-1 NMR is concluded, which applies to both homo- and heterobianthrones.
