等离子体反应器中流动传热的数学模型

中文摘要 | 本文采用数值方法分析了有突扩角的等离子体反应器内流动和传热特点。流动是稳定轴对称的湍流流动,无反应无辐射。考虑了流体热力学性质随温度的变化。计算中采用了K-ε双方程湍流模型、交错网格、混合差分格式、壁面函数等较为先进的数值方法。计算程序通用性强,适用于突扩角从0~90°的各种几何尺寸的反应器。输入反应器的几何参数和操作参数,就可以得到不同情况下的反应器流场、温度场。本文对不同组成的氩氢等离子进行了数值模拟,得到了比较满意的结果。为反应器的设计、操作,及化学过程的控制提供了参考依据。本文实验测定了等离子系统运行参数,并研究了运行系统的特点。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is concerned with the heat and mass transfer in a plasma reactor. A mathematical model is proposed to simulate the fluid flow and heat transfer of the thermal plasma in a reactor. The research work is restricted to steady turbulent flow in axisymmetric geometries, under nonreacting and nonradiating conditions. The flow enters the reactor, whose side-wall slopes at an angle to the main flow direction, with an expansion. The variations of the thermodynamic properties with temperature are considered. Two-equation model of turbulence, staggered grid, hybrid scheme, wall function and other advanced numerical methods are used here. The situations of Argon-Hydrogen plasma with different compositions have been simulated, and reasonable results are achieved. Designers and operators can be greatly facilitated by the availability of prior prediction of the flow and temperature fields in a plasma reactor. Experiments to obtain the parameters of the operation and their characters are conducted. |
