中文摘要 本文介绍了中国科学院成都地理研究所(中国科学院水利部成都山地所的前身)自1963年10月开始筹建,1966年正式建立,始终围绕“为加速山区建设,发展山区经济,提高山区人民生活水平,而尽力加强山地科学研究,探索合理开发利用山区途径,不断优化山地环境,有效防止山地灾害”这一宗旨,拥有一支多学科的山地研究队伍和一套较完善的山地研究手段。1966-1986年,先后承担研究课题78项,其中属国家攻关课题8个,中国科学院重点课题四个;取得重大科研成果78项,其中获得省级以上奖励31项。
在山地研究方面的成绩可归纳为三方面:1、面向经济建设方面:泥石流、滑坡等山地灾害的预测预报和治理;山地资源的开发利用和山地环境保护;专题制图和地图集的编制;2、理论研究方面:泥石流、滑坡等山地灾害的研究;山地环境和山地开发利用研究;环境遥感和山地制图理论方法研究;3、新技术应用:自动控制和遥感技术应用;遥感技术的应用;计算机技术应用。
英文摘要The present paper reviews the scientific research work in 20 years after the founding of Chengdu Institute of Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences and prospects the work ahead.Chengdu Institute of Geography is an organization engaged in mountain scientific research, with the mountain disasters ( debris flow,landslide), formation and evolution of mountain geographical enviornment, and rational development and utilization of mountain as the major research course. There are 321 staff members, in which scientists and tech-nocarts are 216 in it. Four research divisions ( Debris Flow Research Division, Landslide Research Division, Mountain Geography Research Division and Remote Sensing and Cartography Research Division), 2 observation and test stations, a Synthetic Technical Laboratory,2 modeling laboratories as well as Documentation Information Division and Editorial Division are set up.The institute has gone though three developing sections and won successes as follows:On the part of application, to be engaged in forecast, prediction and control of the mountain disasters such as debris flow and landslide etc.; put forward the courses for protection of mountain environment and rational development and utilization of mountains; to compile a lot of synthetic atlases and thematic atlases. la theory, to research the distribution laws, formative mechanism, mechanical properties, movement laws and accumulation patterns of debris flow and landslide of China and set up a series of computational formulae and comprehensive control models; to research horizontal zonality and vertical differentiation of mountains in China, formation and evolution of mountain environment, and rational development and utilization of mountain resources; to research principles and methods of mountain remote sensing and mapping. In application of new technology, to apply the remote sensing, telemetering and computer in debris flow and landslide observation, mountain mapping, information and data processing and memory etc.; to develop some automatic observation instruments and telemetering warning to become automatization and semi-automatization in observation of debris flow and landslide.The major works ahead arerto develop the researches on the mountain disasters, mountain environment and rational development and utilization of mountain for the construction of mountainous regions; to prefect the teoretic system of deberis flow, landslide ana mountain environment, to set up the research centres of debris flow and landslide,and synthetic research base of mountain; to open the debris flow and landslide observation stations and modeling test halls to abroad.
