概论川西北地区草场的退化与保护问题

| 中文摘要 | 川西北地区草场面积辽阔,水草丰茂,牧草资源丰富,不仅是四川得天独厚的畜牧业基地,也是我国的五大重要牧区之一。但近若干年来,草场退化日趋严重,退化面积和范围不断扩大,已成为影响畜牧业发展的重要障碍因素之一。因此,保护草场,防治其退化，既是发展该区畜牧业生产的当务之急，也是关系到四川农业现代化以及维护人类生境的大问题。 本文所称的川西北地区，系指的行政区划上的甘孜和阿坝二藏族自治州地区。文中所言的草场，包括草原、草山和草坡。笔者在对草场退化的特征和成因分析的基础上，对如何川西北地区草场资源、维护其生态平衡，提出六点建议：1、确立并坚持以林牧为主的方针；2、合理利用和保护草场资源；3、加强人工草场建设；4、扬长避短，发展季节畜牧业；5、改良退化草场；6、严禁垦荒，控制鼠害，科学挖药。 |
| 英文摘要 | The region in Westnorth Sichuan, including the vastness of grassland and the richness of grass resources, is the most important animal husbandry base in Sichuan Province and also one of the five large grazing districts in China.Although the animal husbandry has had bigger development since liberation, it is attentive that the retrogradation of grassland has been gradually becoming serious during recent several ten years, it has been into one of the important factors influencing animal husbandry development in the district. Thus the study on the retrograde, and protection of grassland is an important for the developping animal husbandry in this region.In this article, the characteristics and causes of grassland retrogradation in Westnorth Sichuan are analysed, the worth suggests are proposed for protective grassland resources, that includes the following points.1.establish and persist in the policy developing forest and animal husbandry as dominat factor.2.resonably utilize and protect the grassland resources.3.construct the artificial grassland.4.develop the seasonal animal husbandry to reduce the pressure of carrying animals in the winter-spring grazingland.5.improve the retrograding grassland.6.strictly prohibit the openning on wasteland, control the mouse-insect disaster, as well as scientifically excavate the Chinese herbal medicine materials. |
