| 中文摘要 | In order to get the intermediate of 3,4-disubstituted bicyclophosphorothionate of 5-tert-butyl-5(1-hydroxy-2-methylpropyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane, a method of reacting isopropyl magnesium bromide with 5-tert-butyl-5-formyl-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane was attempted but failed, since reduction product of the formyl was obtained. The desired compound was achieved by using isopropyl lithium instead of isopropyl magnesium bromide. The yield can be much improved by using an ultrasonic method during the preparation of alkyl lithium. |
