| 英文摘要 | Three novel degraded steroids, named albocisterols A-C (1-3), have been isolated from cultures of Antrodiella albocinnamomea. Their structures were defined by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The mixture of compounds 2 and 3 exhibited significant inhibitory activities against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B). (C) 2014 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved. |
