| 英文摘要 | A novel withanolide type C-28-steroid saponin, named dioscolide glucoside, was isolated from the rhizomes of Dioscorea panthaica Prain et Buckill. The structure was elucidated as (20S,22R,24R,25S)-1-oxo-2 alpha,3 alpha;6 alpha,7 alpha-diepoxy-5 alpha,16 alpha,25 alpha-trihydroxy-withanolide-27-O-glucopyranoside by spectroscopic evidence including 2D-NMR. |
