| 英文摘要 | A concise and highly efficient protocol for the synthesis of barbigerone and its structural analogues is reported. Resorcinol was converted to the final products via Friedel-Crafts reaction, pyranoid ring formation, aldol reaction, and oxidation-rearrangement-cyclization with 24%similar to 30% overall yields. |
