中文摘要采用非金属矿固体酸催化剂催化乙苯和苯乙烯烷基化合成二芳基乙烷(PEE)反应,考察了反应条件对PEE产率的影响,并对其精产品进行了红外光谱、气相色谱-质谱表征和性能测试.结果表明,催化剂(80~100目)用量(以总投料质量计)3%、乙苯/苯乙烯摩尔比7、反应温度140℃、苯乙烯滴加时间2h、反应时间4h为最佳反应条件,在此条件下PEE产率可达74%.精产品的结构与PEE的相符合,其各项性能指标均达到国家标准GB/T2536-2011(45#),并具有增加工业白油击穿电压的作用,适合作为变压器油或变压器油添加剂.
英文摘要Phenyl ethylbenzene ethane (PEE) was synthesized by the alkylation of ethyl benzene and styrene with solid acid consisted of non-metallic minerals as catalyst. The process conditions were investigated, and the refined PEE product was characterized by using FT-IR and GC-MS. The performance test of refined PEE product was carried out. The results showed that the optimal conditions were the catalyst (80-100 mesh particle size) dosage of 3%, ethylbenzene to styrene molar ratio of 7, reaction temperature of 140, styrene titration time of 2 h, reaction time of 4 h, under which the yield of phenyl ethylbenzene was 74%. Confirmed by FT-IR and GC-MS spectra the refined product was of the structure of phenyl ethylbenzene ethane. The performance of refined PEE product reached the standard of GB/T2536-2011 (45#), with an increased effect of the breakdown voltage of industrial white oil. The refined PEE product could be used as transformer oil or transformer oil additives.
