中文摘要In the antenna far-field pattern testing and the RCS testing, the ideal incident field is a uniform plane wave. To approximate this condition, the pyramidal horn arrays have been simulated. The design procedure was based on a numerical near-field synthesis technique that produced a set of complex excitations for the array elements. The quasi uniform plane waves are obtained in the near fields of 4×4 and 6×6 pyramidal horn arrays. The calculation results of near fields are presented at 35GHz. The operating bandwidths of arrays are analyzed. © 2012 IEEE.
