中文摘要 | 本文回顾了国内外泥石流防治研究的发展历史和现状。提出了我国泥石流防治研究四个发展阶段的分期方案,并对各阶段的研究特点进行了归纳总结,通过对我国已完成的10个泥石流治理试点的11个要素的统计分析和对前人提出的几种泥石流治理模式的分析,提出了适合于多数地区,不同类别泥石流的“全国防治模式“,并在此模式的基础上,设计了六种不同类别泥石流的防治模式,提出了“泥石流-防治系统“的概念,并给了它以明确的定义,对泥石流-防治系统的存在性和运用系统方法进行泥石流防治研究的可行性进行了分析和论证。建立起了泥石流一防治系统的模式。本文倡仪用系统方法进行我国泥石流防治的研究。 |
英文摘要 | To begin with, this paper looks back upon the history and present status of the research on debris flow control in China and abroad, and puts forward the four developmental stages of debris flow control in China, as well as sums up the characteristics of each stage. Next, through both a statistical analysis of the eleven factors obtained from the domestic experimental sites for debris flow control and an analysis of several models established by predecessors, the author has probed the "comprehensive prevention and control model" which fits for most regions and different debris flows. On the basis of the model, six prevention and control models for different debris flows have been designed. Then, the authon advances and clearly definites the concept of "debris flow-prevention and control system"; analysis and demonstrates the existence of debris flow-prevention and control system and the feasibility in using the system method to study the prevention and control of debris flow; and sets up the model of debris flow-prevention and control system. At last, the author proposes that the syston system method should be applied to the prevention and control of debris flow. |
