中文摘要 | In order to evaluate the function level of AES and make the optimization of AES construction steps in ludin county, this paper first analyses the physical conditions and function characteristics of AES there in the present time, and then establishes the layer-structure model of the evealuation and decision analyses of AES, at last the function level of AES is evaluated and and the optimization of the AES construction steps is elected on the bases of the judgment of the matrix calculation by the layer-structure model. After all these the following points are concluded: 1. A good number of problems still remain in the AES of Ludin county at present, for inance, over-cultivation, poor efficiency in the use of forestry and pasture resources, unreasonable structure of land use, capital and labor power inputs, etc. 2. As compared with general standard of present china at largs, the AES' economical level of ludin is slightly below the average, the ecological level is a little above the average, and the social benifits and welfare are of the average level. 3. The following measures are to be adopted to construct a higher efficient AES in this rigion: to readjust the structure of land-use (D1), to change the input direction of capital and labor power(D2), to set up the cubic ecological agriculture (D3), to improve irrigation conditions (D4), to make full use of the pasture resources (D5), and to raise the use efficiency of solar energy of land-use (D6). The steps given above should be applied in the order as D1-D6-D3-D2-D5-D4, if the function level of AES are to be raised in a shortest possible time. |
