Immobilization of glucose oxidase in liposome-templated biomimetic silica particles

英文摘要 | Glucose oxidase (GOx) was immobilized in biomimetic silica particles by coupling liposome vesicles with a biomimetic silicification process simulating a cell microenvironment SEM images showed that the immobilized GOx particles were spherical, and their diameter was approximately 200 nm. The recovery of GOx reached 71.8% under the optimized reaction conditions. The immobilized GOx showed improved thermal and pH stability, and its tolerance to denaturants and reusability were also greatly improved.
