大鼠空间记忆与吗啡戒断诱发条件性位置厌恶的相关研究

| 中文摘要 | 目的 探讨急性吗啡戒断诱发的条件性位置厌恶效应(CPA)与动物在空间记忆任务表现上的个体差异之间的关系.方法 30只雄性Wistar大鼠在经历水迷宫空间任务后,依据其水迷宫探索任务成绩,分出高空间记忆组(n＝8)及低空间记忆组(n＝8),水迷宫任务结束后进行CPA训练,比较高、低空间记忆组动物CPA测试成绩上的差异.结果 作为分组标准,高低空间记忆组在水迷宫探索任务中,其原站台穿梭次数和停留时间上均存在与分组相一致的显著性差异,在经历后续的CPA训练后,CPA训练组动物形成了对戒断匹配环境的厌恶,其中高空间记忆组动物CPA测试成绩[(560.12±60.09)s,(333.00±150.25)s]高于低空间记忆组动物[(568.37±57.25)s,(471.37±130.67)s],组间差异有显著性(F=5.324,P<0.05).结论 研究提示空间记忆提取过程与吗啡戒断的CPA效应存在部分相同的机制. |
| 英文摘要 | ObjectiveThe present study attempted to investigate the correlation between individual differences of the capacities in spatial memory and the sensitivity to the conditioning aversive effect of the morphine withdrawal in rats. MethodsGood memory(n＝8) and poor memory (n＝8)rats were respectively selected according to their performance in probe test in the Morris water maze, then both groups were trained with a place aversive conditioning procedure induced by morphine withdrawal with the saline control group. ResultsGood memory group and poor memory group showed significant difference in their time spent in trained quadrant and platform area during the probe test but no detectable difference in their performance in training task. In the CPA test, the aversive effect of the morphine withdrawal was highly in good memory group(560.12±60.09 vs 333.00±150.25)then in poor memory group(568.37±57.25 vs 471.37±130.67)and the difference was significant between groups by repeated measure with analysis of variance(F=5.324,P<0.05). ConclusionThese results suggest that the variation in morphine withdraw-induced CPA in rat is related to that of spatial memory. |
