New triquinane and gymnomitrane sesquiterpenes from fermentation of the basidiomycete Antrodiella albocinnamomea

| 英文摘要 | Five new triquinane-type sesquiterpenes, antrodins A-E (1-5) and a new gymnomitrane sesquiterpene, antrodin F (6), together with three known compounds 7-9 were isolated from fermentation of Antrodiella albocinnamomea. Their structures were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR and HRMS analyses. The absolute configurations of 1 and 6 were determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The isolated compounds were investigated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
