英文摘要Background: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurologically degenerative disorder that affects more than 20 million people worldwide. The selective butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitors and bivalent cholinesterase (ChE) inhibitors represent new treatments for AD.
