Synthesis of organic-functionalized SAPO-5 with variable content and type of organic Si in the H2O/C2H5OH system

英文摘要 | Organic-inorganic hybrid microporous molecular sieves have been attracting great attention due to their unique structural features and properties. Herein, in the H2O/C2H5OH system, organic-functionalized SAPO-5 molecular sieves have been firstly synthesized. It is found that the H2O/C2H5OH system is favorable for the hydrolysis of organic silicon source and the synthesis of hybrid molecular sieves, and the content and type of organic silicon (SiC(OH)(2)O-b, SiC(OH)O-2b, SiCO3b, b: bridging oxygen) introduced into inorganic SAPO-5 framework are correlated with the hydrolysis time of organic silicon. When the hydrolysis time of vinyltriethoxysilane is controlled to 12 h, the content of organic Si in the material is the highest. This work proposes a route to synthesize organic-inorganic hybrid microporous SAPOs molecular sieve with high organic group content. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
