英文摘要The formalism of influence functionals introduced by Feynman and Vernon (Ann. Phys. 281 (2000) 547) for open systems was applied to design a quantum computing system using nanowires or nanotubes. The formalism was extended to include the interaction of an electronic current confined within such nanostructures, under the influence of a Gaussian-type optical field. Based on this model, we illustrate how quantum Not or quantum Control Not logical gates can be implemented in such nanostructures. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
