英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to optimize the extraction condition of leaf protein from Rumex. In order to obtain the high extraction ratio, extraction temperature, liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time were considered in this experiment. On the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology was designed to optimize conditions. The optimum values of the three conditions for improved leaf protein extraction were determined as follows: extraction temperature 51.84 ℃, liquid- to-solid ratio 41.95, extraction time 49.88 min. Under the optimized conditions, the extraction ratio was determined to be 36.34%. The verification value was 36.08%, which was in good agreement with the estimate. |
