| 中文摘要 | In this research, we demonstrate a simple flow injection analysis system for chronopotentiometric aptasensing of E. coli O157. The sensing protocol is based on using an aptamer as a bioreceptor and the current-driven-release of protamine from a polyion-sensitive membrane electrode as a signal reporter. |
