中文摘要 | This review focuses on novel fluorescent sensing systems for rapid, sensitive, reliable and cost-effective DNA detection in clinical diagnostics. Several materials, including conjugated polyelectrolytes, nanomaterials and molecular beacons, which exhibit attractive properties, are involved to stabilize and to amplify the signal.
